Swedish Massage - Basic relaxation massage. Medium pressure. Long strokes on the limbs, kneading separate muscle groups, light shaking and vibration
Hawaiian Lomi Lomi - Similar to Swedish but using the forearms in a rthymatic motion incorporating flowing dance movements
NICS - Nerve Integration Cutaneous Stimulation. A very light fingertip touch stimulating the nerve endings to increase tactile realization
Light Sports and Deep Tissue - Increased concentration in specific areas using deeper pressure releasing the accumulation of toxins followed by vigorous shaking of treated areas
