Happy Valentine’s Day.. Who Got Me Something?

Come on.. I saw some kinda wilted roses at the circle K that were in the bargain bin for around 3 bucks... I got a funny Valentine's Day story. Wanna hear about it? Too bad, you are anyway. :)I dated this boy once.. ( hence boy) and mind you we had been dating for almost 3 years. I was stoked for V-day as most women are. I was hoping for chocolates or a sweet card. Anywho,at the time, I was living in this apartment complex and right across from my door is our community dumpster.... I remember coming home from work and seeing this plant that someone had thrown out. It was sitting next to the dumpster. I distinctly remember seeing it because I thought if the plant was dead I could at least use the pot that was in it. I didn't feel like walking my butt over there to get it so I just went inside and went on about my day. Completely forgetting about it.fast forward it's night time and my then boyfriend comes by because it's V-day and I told him I would cook and I had got him something for the special day. I hear my doorbell and I anxiously run to the door.. expecting to see my beau with a rose, a box of treats, hell even a teddy bear....  NOPE!!! This dude showed up with that dumpster plant and said " happy Valentine's Day, I picked it out just for you" :/  this is the one time that the " it's the thought that counts, doesn't count!!!And that's my Valentine's Day story! And that's just one of the horrors I encountered. I have ones way worse but I'll stick to that one for today..In true Tyler fashion I think today should be called Happy Vermin Day! Celebrate that you are no longer with vermin's in your life who once were. Celebrate your good judgement and single-ness. Least for me anyway!!!Who  is with me?  Feel like treating yourself?
