Presidents Day Today!! And in honor of this fantastic day I have decided to dress up as my favorite president to date.
Who wants to guess? I'll give you a hint. He has a big belly, smokes cigars and drank a lot.
Give up? I'll tell ya.. Martin Van Buren of course! He was a drunk drunk. You should read about this dude. He was insane. When he didn't get re elected, he said and I quote: " nothing left to do now but get drunk"
gotta love a guy that's honest! I almost chose Ulysses S. Grant.. he was another booze hound. And his name is pretty bad ass. But good ole Martin hard the win because he was a handsome fella and snappy dresser. Loved his belt buckle socks!!!!
I was able to pick up a pair of them on Amazon so I can wear them for you fine people today! And if you play your cards right, during the session you may just get one of his amazing speeches from his presidential days in office. It took me hours to memorize but I got it down, :)
Ha! The only thing this girl can remember is her social. Please don't ask me to recite any speech. It was a nice gesture of me though.
