~~~~~ YOUR SUNDAY CHECKLIST. ~~~~~

Your Sunday checklist should read as this:1- Do not for any reason get out of bed until at least 11. 11 could be interpreted am or pm. 😏2- Once out of bed, whatever you are wearing on your belonging should be what you wear the whole day. There is no changing clothes.. because why? Because Sunday. 👍👍3- Acceptable Sunday foods. Anything with sugar, carbs and trans fats. Foods to be avoided, fruit, anything green, in fact if it has any Christmas colors, ie: , green,red, bright colors, we do not eat unless it's artificial colorings. No veggies. Unless it's a potato and it's fried. 🌮🍔🌭🥪🍕🍟🍗🥓🍜🍳🥞🧇🍪🍩🧁🍦🍨🍮🍰🥧🎂🍫🥖4- showering is optional... again, if you can't change clothes then why are we bathing? Who cares. That's what deodorant is for. Use it. 🥷🏼5- 2 places in the house that are zoned as safe. Living room or tv room and of course your bedroom. There really isn't anywhere else you need to go for long periods of time. Kitchen for food, front door for food delivery and bathroom for food drop off. Think of everything else in the house as hot lava. You remember that game as a kid? Fun times.🛋️🛋️🛋️6- The most important rule on this check list. The only reason to go out today is to see Tyler. Say it with me.. " Tyler's  is the only place to go today when leaving the house" Say this 3 times outloud so it sticks in that subconscious. We don't want you forgetting. 🥰If you follows these  bullet points to a T, then your Sunday is gonna be fan friggin Tastic!I am not sure how many games are on today.... should I even be working? Or should I also be in my pjs on my couch? Not sure. 🤔 I gotta think this through. 😂😂❤️I am located in South Scottsdale.
